Exceptional My vehicle started having issues and I had to obtain a rental to get around. I decided to get another vehicle. I was trying to work with a Toyota dealer in Apex where I had always taken my vehicle but I was getting the run around. I am a single Parent and I was in a rental vehicle for three weeks, this was getting very stressful and very expensive. My Brother in law referred me to Carl Anderson at Fred Anderson Toyota. Carl introduced me to Tim Germain. I had never been to Fred Anderson Toyota but they made me feel like family. Tim was straight forward and got me an exceptional deal on a 2017 Toyota Camry LE. My entire experience with Tim Germain and Larry Picket was incredible! I will be more than thrilled to recommend Fred Anderson Toyota. Thank you Tim, Larry and Carl! More

Blessing! would be all day trying to explain the issues I was having trading in my vehicle and getting into another. But let's just say I walked into this deale would be all day trying to explain the issues I was having trading in my vehicle and getting into another. But let's just say I walked into this dealership discouraged before I even got there. But that feeling was instantly turned around the instant I shook hands with TIM GERMAINE! He was knowledgeable and professional. Even if it did not work out with me getting a vehicle I had the best experience that I have had at a dealership ( Honda, Thompson Buick Cadillac, Enterprise and Capital Ford) so trust me when I say if you are looking for help the staff here is a true blessing!! Thanks to Mike also not sure of his last name but he is who I signed my final paperwork with. More

Many thanks to Tim Germain Tim provided great service. Someone had crashed into my 2014 Toyota Corolla and I was very sad and kind of discombobulated to be buying a new car in Tim provided great service. Someone had crashed into my 2014 Toyota Corolla and I was very sad and kind of discombobulated to be buying a new car in place of the one so recently "totaled". Tim made the buying experience easy for me and I am very grateful to him and the dealership. I am now the owner of a 2016 Toyota Corolla LE ECO, the twin of the demolished Corolla.
