After going to different dealership's Newton was outstanding Because after going to Robert Nissan of Manchester the customer service was no good and was not out to help. Here at Newton customer service was outst Because after going to Robert Nissan of Manchester the customer service was no good and was not out to help. Here at Newton customer service was outstanding and work with me as a Veteran to get me in the car that fit my budget and also not having the best credit they also help me with that issue. I would recommend any of the local personnel to take a look at Newton Nissan with going to purchase there next vehicle. Once again THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

ALWAYS PLEASANT PLACE TO VISIT...... My family has bought 6 cars since December, 2014 and I have been a part of all these experiences, I have not had one visit that was not great. Tim, From the bottom of my heart, thank you for leading such an amazing group of people. I've worked for both good and bad managers, and I know that an employee is a reflection of their management. You're obviously a great man! Every single person I've worked with at your dealership-- from Matt, to Jim, to Brian, to your service team has gone above and beyond for me-- from the purchase of my first car, when no one would think to finance me or even give me the time of day-- to servicing it and delivering it to me in Murfreesboro as I worked two jobs, just to make my life a little bit easier-- to the recent possible trade-in... You and your guys, especially Matt Carmen, have worked so hard to help me get ahead in life, not just sell me a vehicle. Matt never once acted as if I wasn't worth the time, even with my poor credit and low income. He got me into my dream car back in July, with the help of your financing team, and I have no doubt Matt and your team will be there again when I am ready and well qualified to purchase my next vehicle. One of these days, I'm going to purchase a brand new vehicle with cash, and make you boys some money! THE UNTHINKABLE I went into the dealership and with a low credit score josh and your financial team made the impossible happen...i walked out with a 2015 versa note.. I did not mean to purchase a new Murano when I went in...but here I am and I love it! Traded my Cube. it was the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. I did not feel manipulated and survic in...but here I am and I love it! Traded my Cube. it was the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. I did not feel manipulated and survice was great from salesman to finance man to sales manager. AND, I'm gonna take those boys some homemade cookies!! They were all so real! I could go on and on.
