Amazing Group of People!! I had not planned on buying a car...until my daughter totaled hers. I was very nervous about having to buy another car. Blake was my salesman and was very patient with me while I looked and asked a million questions. The gentlemen in the finance dept were super nice and really worked with me and my budget too! Everyone was extremely nice and really made my experience a great one, and for that, I am very grateful. My salesman, Blake, has even kept in touch with me since my purchase and I was NOT expecting that! After going to different dealership's Newton was outstanding Because after going to Robert Nissan of Manchester the customer service was no good and was not out to help. Tim, From the bottom of my heart, thank you for leading such an amazing group of people. I've worked for both good and bad managers, and I know that an employee is a reflection of their management. You're obviously a great man! Every single person I've worked with at your dealership-- from Matt, to Jim, to Brian, to your service team has gone above and beyond for me-- from the purchase of my first car, when no one would think to finance me or even give me the time of day-- to servicing it and delivering it to me in Murfreesboro as I worked two jobs, just to make my life a little bit easier-- to the recent possible trade-in... You and your guys, especially Matt Carmen, have worked so hard to help me get ahead in life, not just sell me a vehicle. Matt never once acted as if I wasn't worth the time, even with my poor credit and low income. He got me into my dream car back in July, with the help of your financing team, and I have no doubt Matt and your team will be there again when I am ready and well qualified to purchase my next vehicle.
