Amazing Group of People!! I had not planned on buying a car...until my daughter totaled hers. I was very nervous about having to buy another car. Blake was my salesman and was very patient with me while I looked and asked a million questions. The gentlemen in the finance dept were super nice and really worked with me and my budget too! Everyone was extremely nice and really made my experience a great one, and for that, I am very grateful. My salesman, Blake, has even kept in touch with me since my purchase and I was NOT expecting that! Tim, From the bottom of my heart, thank you for leading such an amazing group of people. I've worked for both good and bad managers, and I know that an employee is a reflection of their management. You're obviously a great man! Every single person I've worked with at your dealership-- from Matt, to Jim, to Brian, to your service team has gone above and beyond for me-- from the purchase of my first car, when no one would think to finance me or even give me the time of day-- to servicing it and delivering it to me in Murfreesboro as I worked two jobs, just to make my life a little bit easier-- to the recent possible trade-in... You and your guys, especially Matt Carmen, have worked so hard to help me get ahead in life, not just sell me a vehicle. Matt never once acted as if I wasn't worth the time, even with my poor credit and low income. He got me into my dream car back in July, with the help of your financing team, and I have no doubt Matt and your team will be there again when I am ready and well qualified to purchase my next vehicle.
