They were supposed to have everything ready upon our arrival. I worked for days to ensure all would be ready for our scheduled appointment. We arrived and they had virtually nothing ready. We waited almost an hour while they got our credit approved and paperwork ready. Now, the salesperson is supposed to supply the code or approval for the car to be app ready, nothing received. He was also supposed to send a video tutorial link and… nothing. So, not impressed. But I free admit I am jaded to the automotive sale industry having formerly been associated with. More
