Friendly and Courteous I brought my truck in for oil change and alignment. Both of those were taken care of as well as tire rotation that was pointed out to me was due for m I brought my truck in for oil change and alignment. Both of those were taken care of as well as tire rotation that was pointed out to me was due for my truck by my Service Manger, Tim Hoffman. the work was done in the time stated to me when I checked in. At the completion of the service Tim went over the work completed and then also showed me where they checked for other issues and found none. It is always a pleasure to walk into the Service area and be greeted by the smiles and be recognized by name, not just from Tim but from all the service managers Jason, Kevin and Jeff. Great team.
