Recently purchased a 2023 GMC Denali from Starling. The truck had a couple small issues when I drove it off the lot. They assured me I they would take care of the problems whether it was their dealersh The truck had a couple small issues when I drove it off the lot. After, some back and forth with parts issues Starling came to pick up my truck 3 hours away to make the problem right. They replaced the defective parts on their time and labor. They also gave me a brand new loaner truck to drive. I had my truck back within a week fixed. They honored their commitment to fix and take care of my truck despite the initial parts and service issues I experienced with them. Fadi, Tim and Anthony were on top of it. More
