Poor customer service! I think the guy checking me in for my oil change was high or something, He checked my car for mileage and came back to his computer looked back at my I think the guy checking me in for my oil change was high or something, He checked my car for mileage and came back to his computer looked back at my car and said “oh man they already took your car” while he was still holding my keys. I noticed my car sitting out front, still dirty which I asked for a car wash, for over 20 mins when I finally asked him if my car was done and he was “ugh, what did you have again”? After paying for my service I realized that my tires were never rotated like I had asked for on my online appointment and in person! This is not the first time I’ve had bad service there but it will be the last because I’m never going back!! More
