I was on time. After being addresses I waited 5 more minutes for Tim to return to his station. the other 3 just went about there business. Asked if I would like car washed and said yes. After recall work was done went to pick up car and was sent to wrong location I then had to search for car , it was sitting behind the building,"unwashed," needless to say I was not satisfied with the experience especially since I have bought exclusively from this dealership and am a retired Chrysler and CNH Employee.
