BUYER BEWARE PURCHASED A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AND IN LESS THEN 6 HOURS I NEEDED TO REPLACE THE FRONT STRUTS. I WAS TOLD, SEVERAL TIMES, THAT THE CAR HAD PURCHASED A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AND IN LESS THEN 6 HOURS I NEEDED TO REPLACE THE FRONT STRUTS. I WAS TOLD, SEVERAL TIMES, THAT THE CAR HAD UNDERWENT A COMPLETE INSPECTION AND IT WAS A VERY CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED CAR. AFTER CONTACTING THE DEALERSHIP ABOUT MY ISSUE, I WAS INSTRUCTED TO RETURN TO THE DEALERSHIP FOR REPAIRS. AFTER ARRIVING I WAS INSTRUCTED BY JERRY THAT THEY WOULD NOT REPAIR MY CAR. IF THAT WAS THE CASE I SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN TOLD TO RETURN TO THE DEALERSHIP AND WASTE MY TIME. PLUS, YOU WOULD HOPE THAT A DEALER WOULD STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SALE FOR AT LEAST A FULL DAY. I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AND IF THEY WERE THE LAST DEALERSHIP, I WOULD START RIDING A HORSE. More

Exceptional Customer Service When we left the house that morning, we knew we were coming home with a new Buick. The only question, was where would we purchase it. We had previously test driven an Enclave at another dealership and the salesperson just wasn't knowledgeable or excited to see us. We decided that we would visit Bill DeLord Buick GMC Cadillac and look at their inventory. We arrived just as they were opening the doors and from the young lady who greeted us until the last person we saw, it was a pleasant experience. The enthusiasm of Tim Long was contagious as he took us on a test drive, explained the features and closed the sale. Tim did all of this without any high pressure sales. Steve did the financing paperwork and Mr. DeLord even stopped by. Although I didn't work with Frank, I want to thank him for noticing my military decal on my car and stopping by and thanking me for my service. Thanks Frank!! Thanks Tim! The rest of the team starting at Bill Delord to General Manager Jerry Perrow worked to put together a very compelling deal and made us feel like we were the most important customer they have. Frank Lambert helped us get the best price possible for our trade-in. He took a genuine interest in us and treated us like friends. When it came to the actual deal, he worked with Steve, in finance, to get us to the terms we were looking for. We were offered more than what we expected for our trade-in, and given the payment amount we were looking for without a lot of negotiation on our part. We would recommend Bill Delord to anyone looking for a pre-owned vehicle. Tim would be our first choice for sales anytime. More
