The trade-in was generous, there were several discounts that contributed to a lower price, and I ended up paying The overall experience was excellent. The trade-in was generous, there were several discounts that contributed to a lower price, and I ended up paying only a little more than I did for my 2009 vehicle. But in real terms, the price was much lower as the 2020 model has far more features than the 2009 model. The people I dealt with, Tim and Jared, explained the various options, treated me well, and made the process pleasurable. Tim took the time to explain in detail the features of the 2020 Grand Cherokee Laredo and Jared explained the various servicing options. I appreciated that they would lend me a car while they did the undercoating and paint protection. There was no pressure and I had time to make a decision. This is the second vehicle I have purchased at Krystal and I have come here for serving as well. I am very happy with the dealership and I enjoyed dealing with Tim and Jared. More
