Tim came in on his day off to show me the Jeep I was interested in. Even though he was on his day off I did not feel hurried and he took his time listening to my concerns. We came to an agreement but I wasn’t sure when I wanted to pick up the Jeep. The next day things fell in place. I would be able to pick up the Jeep that day. I called Tim at around 9:00 and was told I could pick up the car. I was early and he saw me right away. There have been times when I’ve walked away from a new car purchase and felt that I hadn’t been fairly dealt with.
