I had the pleasure of working with Billy yesterday. It was such an awesome experience. I have worked in customer service for 17 years so it's easy for me to judge others when it comes to customer service. was such an awesome experience. He treated us like we mattered, he was very personable, knowledgeable and outgoing. I will make sure I refer anyone I know looking to purchase a vehicle to him. Now I’m driving my second—-an Elantra, and I couldn’t be happier. A satisfying vehicle purchase has two parts. The salesperson and the Service Department. Even after 8 years, I have all my service needs taken care of at Hyundai and Genesis of South County. My Service Adviser Tim McCarthy is second to none when it comes to friendliness and truly listening to the customer. He will cheerfully work at a vehicle problem until it’s fixed. His advise is sound. He stands by the customer. I am pleased that with Tim there is excellent service beyond the sale. More
