We’d looked at several brands for our new car purchase. We decided on a Lexus based on the reliability, longevity and long list of accolades of the brand. We were both really taken back by the incredible lines of the exterior and the beautiful 2tone interior (we love the red/black combo!). The NX300 F-Sport checked everything box in our shopping list. Tim was a great salesperson. Car shopping takes a good chunk of time and he was there with a smile on his face and a hearty elbow bump (no handshake thanks to CoVid) long past closing time. He pointed out a lot of features on the car and got us a great value for our trade in. Tim is professional, personable, knowledgeable and courteous, all things we both greatly appreciate. Working with his manager, Tim went over several different purchase options and incentives. We never felt pressure at any time, which was really a relief as car buying can be super stressful. Talia in the finance department was very knowledgeable, kind and thoughtful explaining every detail of our purchase and optional warranties. She really added to our wonderful buying experience. Tim even made sure our car was freshly washed as he handed us the keys. We’re having lots of fun getting to know the car and look forward to it being a part of our family for a long time.
