I just stopped by to look. Tom Smith was my sales person. He answered all my questions and I went for a test drive. There was a limiting factor....will the car fit in my garage. When Tim Morley stopped over to chat, he asked if I had concerns. I told him about the garage. He told Tom to bring a Crosstrek to my condo to make sure the car did in fact fit in the garage. Tom's customer service was superb! I don't like buying cars...my father always helped when he was alive. Tom made this such a pleasant and stress free experience. Alex covered off on the various warranties that are available and helped me select what was best for my needs. I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone...and ask for Tom.

Even our experience with Frank Santora in the business office was smooth and easy (unlike many other dealerships). I can honestly say they earned every one of the 5 stars we rated them at. I can't say enough about the entire team at Flemington Subaru, but I can say this, when I'm ready for my next car Flemington Subaru is where I'll be buying at.

I could not be happier with my new 2019 Subaru Ascent, or with Flemington Subaru. I have owned four Highlanders in succession and read about the Ascent in Consumer Reports when I was shopping for my next car. I test drove the 2019 Highlander (exactly like my 2015 Highlander, really) and then test drove the 2019 Ascent. Hands down, the Subaru is better in every way...better safety features, better handling, Apple Play, etc. etc.
As far as the staff at Flemington Subaru, my sales guy Chris Wood could not have made the experience easier or more enjoyable. He was professional, knowledgable, friendly and responsive. I will definitely recommend Chris and this dealership to my friends. All the other people who helped me there could not have been nicer. Really appreciate the friendly atmosphere...
