Michael was sincere, helpful and treated us like family, because of him we had a positive experience. He showed us the benefits of buying a new vehicle versus a used one but stressed in the end it's about what we want and need. We took his advice and couldn't be happier. We just recommended a coworker of my husbands to talk to Michael Abri as he heard about our experience and wants a new truck! Tim Naasz processed our loan and paperwork fast and efficiently. At one point we had changed our mind about a vehicle after Tim had spent the time getting all the paperwork ready. Tim did not displayed any hard feelings, he just smiled and had to start over on another vehicle for us. Tim was very professional and genuinely friendly, he also made this a great experience.
