Best Vehicle purchase experience. We were greeted at the door and met Adam Colon. He asked us questions and listened to our wants and needs in The Kia Sorento. We were introduced to each team member who worked with us. With out any pressure to purchase from them we felt Very comfortable with our decision in a Kia. It was like being a part of a team. Each person had been trained for their position and were very excited to work with us using excellent customer service. We were so impressed with them taking their time sitting in the vehicle and teaching us how to use every button. Michael was sincere, helpful and treated us like family, because of him we had a positive experience. He showed us the benefits of buying a new vehicle versus a used one but stressed in the end it's about what we want and need. We took his advice and couldn't be happier. We just recommended a coworker of my husbands to talk to Michael Abri as he heard about our experience and wants a new truck! Tim Naasz processed our loan and paperwork fast and efficiently. At one point we had changed our mind about a vehicle after Tim had spent the time getting all the paperwork ready. Tim did not displayed any hard feelings, he just smiled and had to start over on another vehicle for us. Tim was very professional and genuinely friendly, he also made this a great experience. We are going to recommend Jeff Belzer and Micheal Abri to everyone we know looking to by purchase a vehicle. More

Terrible followup service Earlier this month I purchased a car here, it is a good car and the one I set out to get. It is a Certified used Kia 2014 with low miles. The heater Earlier this month I purchased a car here, it is a good car and the one I set out to get. It is a Certified used Kia 2014 with low miles. The heater broke the following day after purchasing it and I called them right away. The service department couldn't see me for 2 weeks. When I did bring it in at its appointment, they didn't have parts, authorization, courtesy car or a ride. After 90 minutes they returned the car to me and said they would call back that day and didn't. I followed up, they said it would take a further 2 days to speak to the manager and they would call me back again and didn't. I called again and the repair tech, his manager, and the customer service manager were not available and not returning calls. Left messages with all of them and it had been a couple of days. After writing a review here I got an instant response, and was dealt with in record time and my car was re-cleaned in a premium fashion. Bill Moehle returned the car to me, he was empathetic, apologized and appeared to be genuinely in tune with other customers before me. My advise/opinion to Belzers is to get the service department to work with the sales representatives and not work against each other. Everyone in the service department should take customer service 101 and not bicker in front of customers or talk negatively about the business or colleagues that are off, on that day and look to Bill as a resource for your customer service training or to manage this operation. I hope it gets better from here. (Recommend yes or no: it wouldn't be my first recommendation but perhaps that could change.) More
