Serra Honda delivered a wonderful experience all around! I was immideately greeted by Tim. After finding my information, we realized Jose had attempted contact. During my wait, both Tim and Jose checked on me periodically. The finance manager, Colin, was great! I greatly appreciated his honesty. Throughout the process he engaged in conversation and we shared many laughs, which made the time pass quickly! Special Note: Jose found a feather and bracelet I left on my dash. He intuitively knew these items were sentimental and contacted me to mail them. I am so grateful for his consideration and thoughtfulness! Serra Honda and the team truly care about their customers!
