He couldn't do enough to make us happy throughout! We even received a follow up telephone call from Mr. O'Grady the morning after the purchase to be sure we didn't have any problems and that we were happy. To begin with, we seen a Tacoma that we were interested in Blu TRD 2WD. I Called your dealership and talked to Tim. Told him we could be there in couple hours. Told him what I had to trade a Mint cement 2018 TRD Tundra Off Road 4X4. 22,200 Miles. We got there and let some of your salespeople know we were here for Tim. And we waited. Finally met Tim, took the Tacoma for a test drive. He lined up someone to look at the Tundra, he came out checked it over didn't even look under the hood. OK, we went into Tims Office. Tim took the particulars and off to see the manager. Now the game, back and forth First offer was not only ridiculous but an insult. Coming out to $32,000 Prior we mentioned to Tim we were offered $37,000 cash from a Wholesaler. Well, two more ridiculous offers and we were out of there. Got home tired of all the scam offers, people wanting to trade, and less than honest dealerships. I called the wholesaler(The Dana Brothers) and took their $37,000 cash. We found a Tacoma in Oklahoma & we bought it,.just got home. My Grandfather was a Cadillac/Olsmobile Dealer in North Dakota. He never played games, and was known to be very honest. I guess those days are long gone, especially here in Texas.
