Love eating cookies,drinking coffee & reading while waiting. Seriously, you guys always do a great job of moving us thru the process from the time we drive in. The service is outstanding. I got 4 tires at a pretty good price with a sale you had going with Yokahama tires, so thanks for that too. I always feel you guys are not going to rake me over the coals with things I don't need to have done. Never had an issue with any of our Toyota's like we did with other cars like water pumps and engine troubles etc. The new electronics and your every 5000 mile maintenance program seem to be doing the trick towards making the car not as expensive overall to maintain. Thanks!! More
