Terrible Experience with Tim Plymale Dismissive, Unprofessional, and dishonest. I am sure he has mastered the tactic of pushing people off. Matt ad Mazda was awesome! But the car I purch Dismissive, Unprofessional, and dishonest. I am sure he has mastered the tactic of pushing people off. Matt ad Mazda was awesome! But the car I purchased broke down within 48 hours of the purchase. The Loaner car was unsafe, low tire pressure and no gas. Last purchase i will ever make from Ricart! More

An Okay Experience I went to buy a car and the nice sales lady Charity approached us and helped us out in buying a car. She was a really big help throughout the process. I would 100% recommend going to her if you are ever buying a car there. The manager Tim was really rude and kinda put us down which I almost didn't even buy the car at all. He just made it more hard than it was to just get the car. In the end, I bought the car after all that hassle and that's that. Overall, an okay experience, thank you Charity for helping us! More

No pain or embarrassment after bancruptcy. I filed bankruptcy last year, so I felt that the only chance I had to buy a car was going to a "Buy Here Pay Here" lot. I tried a local dealership fi I filed bankruptcy last year, so I felt that the only chance I had to buy a car was going to a "Buy Here Pay Here" lot. I tried a local dealership first to try and save money but was told I would not be able to buy anything until I built my credit back up, without even running a credit check or trying to get me financed, "Come back next year!" I was embarrassed and did not look forward to trying another dealership. I decided to give it one more try before resorting to a BHPH lot. From the first time I spoke with Courtney over the phone she made me feel as if I was an old friend! I checked out Ricart's inventory on their website and knew which vehicles I could afford. I did not feel pressured in any way and Courtney did not try to sell something to me that was over my budget. At no time did I feel embarrassed regarding my previous financial situation. I was told that Ricart's would be able to get me financed and keep the payments at the amount I needed them to be and they did exactly that! Easiest buying experience I've ever had and I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you Courtney and Ricart Automotive Group! More

They don't care about the consumer I bought a car and the next day went to my salesman with a issues. He said call Ricart Ford service on monday. Called them on Monday and told them wh I bought a car and the next day went to my salesman with a issues. He said call Ricart Ford service on monday. Called them on Monday and told them what my car was doing and they gave me a transmission service appointment for late September. With no explanation at all. I asked if someone could just look at it. I don't want to wait until September. She said sure just bring it by. Well after my 2nd trip there I was still told that nobody could look at it again. I wasn't taking no for an answer or I wasn't leaving with a car that I got 6 days ago that there is something wrong with it. So I go to my salesman and he asked me what was wrong, he said I'm helping 2 customers right now let me get a manager for you. So he comes down and again I explain the run around and car problems the whole 6 days I have had it. I said I'm not leaving with a car that doesn't run right, that you need to put me into something else. He said well it doesn't work that way. If you want to trade in your car and purchase a brand new car, we can work with you. Well if I could have afforded a brand new car I wouldn't have went to the used car factory. So he said he would make a call to service and get someone to look at my car. So I was sent back to the service department and this is the 5th person today I have talked to. I had to explain again what the car is doing. And finally I get a partial explanation as to why I have an appointment in September. It wasn't until I did my own research did I discover that I was sold a car that Ford knew there was a transmission issue. Well Ricart is a Ford dealer. They should have known. But do you think I was told anything about this transmission issue before or during my purchase time. No and that is a scam to me. That car should have been fixed before they sold it. Or at least explained to me there is s recall on the automatic clutch system. The dealership didn't have any concerns for me as a customer that I was sold a lemon. They were just glad to get that car off the lot. More
