Nothing on the lot in the price he could afford so Tim recommended I visit their other lot. We were amazed with what we got and we didn't even have to heckle over the price!!! It was priced to sell and there was no reason to heckle. The van will be perfect for a wheel chair or walker and we are so happy. Rouse employees were all working together to answer our questions and they really had our backs!!! Those folks gave us fast friendly service with no sales pressure at all. They made sure there was a vehicle we could afford at the other lot with low miles and we felt so blessed. They really changed our opinions of "used car salesmen"and they even held the vehicle for us!! I highly recommend you visit them if you have special transportation needs because they are straight up honest guys who really do care. More

So, let’s just say that the initial plan was to purchase an Odyssey and Ray was great on finding exactly what we wanted. Over the next 48hrs we had a change of heart and ended up with a Civic. All in all Ray was helpful putting us in touch with the right people even though we contacted him while he was gone from the property. Never once did they (Ray and the whole Roush Honda team) bat an eye at our needs or requests. In the end we got what was best for our family and they have made permanent A growing family of 5 a permanent Roush family. More
