Went in for a very simple part replacement. Was quoted 10% higher than what the website shows. Was shocked when the price was 66% HIGHER than THAT, 85% higher than the website. I arrived home one afternoon and noticed the left headlight of my 2015 Forester was out. I called Granite Subaru, and they had an immediate opening, so I drove over, waited about 10-15 minutes while headlight of my 2015 Forester was out. I called Granite Subaru, and they had an immediate opening, so I drove over, waited about 10-15 minutes while they replaced the bulb (total cost under $50), and was back home less than an hour after my phone call! I'll be happy to bring my car to Granite Subaru for service in the future. More

I was impressed with the speed that I was able to get an appointment. In the fact somebody was able to help me and go for a ride with me so fast.
