horrible dealership! ! Sold me an $82,000 F-250 with blinkers that were not working. Truth is that they knew about this problem when the truck came off the delivery traile ! I spent days back and forth to the local dealership to have this repaired. Turned out it was a broken wire harness that happened at the factory. Run from this place! More

After purchasing several cars previous and recommending this dealership to friends and family that have purchased I wish I never had. I get it that not always can a deal be made but the trade value they this dealership to friends and family that have purchased I wish I never had. I get it that not always can a deal be made but the trade value they offered me was 7-10k less than anyone else which is insulting as they want to sell their cars over MSRP in many cases put give so little for trade. Mark the "manager" asked to allow him to look into everything then went radio silent on me. Communication has been horrible, trade value was more than horrible and the deal on their unit wasn't any better than anyone else offers. Shop around as this dealership clearly doesn't value repeat customers and instead of just saying a deal isn't possible they just stop communication. More

I think it is absolutely insane that they are selling OVER msrp by 10k on vehicles. They say it is because of the market. Best car buying experience yet I bought a new Mustang on Tuesday; not my first car at this Dealership [6th]. I went home Monday night thinking that the deal wasn't going to work for I bought a new Mustang on Tuesday; not my first car at this Dealership [6th]. I went home Monday night thinking that the deal wasn't going to work for me at this time; but Steve, Tim, and Derek didn't give up trying for me. Not only did they get the payment where I wanted, but a special thanks to Tom Snyder for going the extra mile to get it lower than expected. I felt like it was a challenge for him to get the best payment possible. Also a special thanks to Khalid Hassouneh for filling in for Steve on his day off. Excellent customer service all around. More

After visiting several local Ford dealers in search of a Raptor in the configuration I wanted, with no luck, Koons Baltimore Ford was recommended to me by a friend. Thank you to Tom Snyder, Tim Robertson and Will Malloy! I ordered a Raptor from Sales Manager Tom Snyder in early November. He took the order over the phone, with no deposit required and no $2000-$10000 MSRP mark-up. Sales Rep Tim Robertson made configuration changes I requested leading up to the truck being built. Tom and Tim provided the updated order details throughout the process. When I picked up my Raptor, Tim met me at the dealership door and led me through the purchase process, which was pain free and only took an hour and a half due to the efforts of Finance Manger Will Malloy. Will is a true professional and provided the smoothest truck purchase transaction I have ever heard of! Koons Baltimore Ford is in a league of its own and is the ONLY dealership I will ever recommend. More
