My husband and I had a strange interaction with these guys. They kept emailing us repeatedly asking strange things, like where we got a competitor's quote from, and what are intention was. One person guys. They kept emailing us repeatedly asking strange things, like where we got a competitor's quote from, and what are intention was. One person asked if we were trying to buy a car? Well duh! One also asked if we worked at a dealership. Also we were asked if we were shopping around at other dealerships. Well, DUH again! Then they Tell us that we were out of state (which we weren't) and asked if we wanted to Pay for shipping. Again, we are not out of state so I don't Know where this came from. Then their manager Tim, asks us what it would take to buy from him. We simply replied that we would buy from whoever had the lowest price. We asked him for their OTD #'s, but they replied with some odd, cryptic, non-sequitur email about car seat interior colors? Like what does that have to do with anything? I have a computer. I can see the seat colors on Dodge's website, LOL. We asked again for Numbers, but he basically replied (and I'm paraphrasing here), "No need to see Numbers. Believe me bro, I'm cheaper". Then we replied thanks, but no thanks, and wished them well. So he replies back stating he is confused why we won't buy from him. All in all, 1 of the strangest interactions, we have ever seen. We were getting emailed from 3 different employees, so I think there was a lot of miscommunication on their part. Reminds me of that film Step Brothers, where there are 2 people interviewing for a job together, LOL. They sent odd emails, such as "Ok, so I'm curious about a couple things. Are you looking to buy, or what exactly are you looking for? Did you get those quotes from a dealership or do you work at a dealership? Are you comparing quotes across different dealerships? " Well DUH again of course I'm comparing quotes across dealerships. That's shopping 101, who doesn't do that LOL? Not the biggest deal, as we got a huge Discount elsewhere, and will just buy there, but I would not recommend anybody shopping here. More

I am posting this review because I believe other consumers deserve an accurate picture of what a lease transaction at Corwin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram can look like. On January 22, 2026, I leased a consumers deserve an accurate picture of what a lease transaction at Corwin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram can look like. On January 22, 2026, I leased a 2026 Ram 1500 Big Horn, VIN 1C6SRFFT3TN212585. I spent the better part of a day at the dealership. The vehicle was listed on their website at $56,044 eight days before I signed. The agreed vehicle value in my signed lease contract is $64,299.83. That is a $8,255 difference. Using the standard lease formula, the math works out to $221.37 per month in overcharge and $8,633 over the 39-month lease term. I have the archived listing with my VIN confirmed. I have the signed contract. The numbers are not ambiguous. At no point during the transaction was the selling price discussed or presented as negotiable. When I raised this concern with the sales manager, I received a voicemail citing the adjusted capitalized cost as the sale price. Those are separately defined line items in the Consumer Leasing Act Disclosures on page 1 of the contract. They are not the same number. I sent a formal letter with supporting documentation to the General Manager and the President of Corwin Automotive Group via email and USPS certified mail on March 12, 2026, requesting a response by March 20, 2026. No satisfactory response was received. I have since filed a complaint with the North Dakota Attorney General's consumer protection division. I have also shared this experience with local consumer media. I have no complaint about the truck itself. I love the truck. My complaint is about a transaction where the selling price was never disclosed, a documented discrepancy of $8,633 was responded to with misrepresented contract terms, and good faith attempts to resolve it were ignored. If you are considering leasing or purchasing here, know your numbers before you walk in. Understand the difference between MSRP, agreed vehicle value, and adjusted capitalized cost. Do not assume the price on their website is the price in your contract. And save everything. More

Literally the best dealership i have ever experienced. I am not a local to their area, and the whole team, from Luke and Carl in aftermarket, to Hannah in service, to Tim and Darin as managers and Brandon I am not a local to their area, and the whole team, from Luke and Carl in aftermarket, to Hannah in service, to Tim and Darin as managers and Brandon Meidinger, my salesman, worked overtime and the extra mile to get me out of a Jeep that wobble, into a Rubicon so badass I can't stand it. There isn't enough space here to extols their virtues. They are just plain xxxx good people. They extend kindness and grace, and they work to make sure people smile behind the wheel of the right car as often as possible. More

I recently purchased a new 2026 Ram 1500 Warlock with a 3.0L I6 Hurricane SO. Tim gave me a fair deal, and Crystal did a good sales and service job for me. Carl from Aftermarket installed my accessories and deserves a pay raise for going above and beyond what anyone could expect. Finance did a good job as well.
