Friendly and accomodating My "Check Engine" Light came on in my 2009 Buick Enclave. I had recently purchased this used vehicle at this Masillon Dealership. I called Friday, and My "Check Engine" Light came on in my 2009 Buick Enclave. I had recently purchased this used vehicle at this Masillon Dealership. I called Friday, and they got me in on Monday. After inspection I was told that it was the Catalytic Converter which was not covered by my warranty. I was upset because I had just purchased the vehicle and the warranty. I had only driven it three times. Jay Johnson was the service representative I was working with, and he was so helpful. He reassured me that he was looking into it. In less than an hour, he had spoken with Owner Tim Sanders, and they were fixing my car at no cost and had a rental car for me to drive. I was very impressed with the responsibility they took for the car they sold me. It made me feel like I was part of a caring family. More

Initially the price was out of my budget, but Tim Sanders, Dean Waldron, and Steve Miller patiently worked through all of my options and I was able to get the car of my dreams! Alyssa Donahey, in the finance department was down to earth, professional, and friendly. She explained everything thoroughly throughout the signing process and I knew exactly what I was getting. It embarrassing to go into a dealership and have people continue to tell you there is nothing they can do. He told me that there was some vehicles he saw promising for me to be able to get financed in. I have never been treated like an actual human being at the dealership until now, it makes sense that they have been family owned for 80 years and price better than anyone around. When I was with her buying her car I was also looking at some cars. I went to trade in my car the next week and they couldn't do anything within my budget so I left. A few days later they called me to let me know they found a car better than I wanted before for a less price and it fit within my budget. Needless to say the next day I had off I went up to the dealership traded in my car and got a new car that I absolutely love. This car dealership has been so good to me and my daughter. I would definitely recommend this dealership and I would definitely recommend John Kerry as your sales representative. John does not mess around he finds all the deals he can and if he can't find one within your budget then he will be honest with you in the beginning. Awesome service and awesome people. More
