Excellent Service Experience!! From Carol Grosse: Exceptional Service ....I would like to share my current experience with you pertaining to my recent car crisis. I drive a 2011 From Carol Grosse: Exceptional Service ....I would like to share my current experience with you pertaining to my recent car crisis. I drive a 2011 Chrysler 200 that has 36,746 miles on it...The engine light came on late Friday afternoon December 2nd . went to their service department prior to closing and the diagnosis was a transmission problem and the car was not drivable. I left my Chrysler 200 and was to get a rental car until the real specifics of the service was to be determined. Just a side car note, while I was at the service department I wondered over to the show room to ask for Tom Schmidt and spoke to a very pleasant man behind the center desk area . He was extremely personable and without knowing at that time who he was, I knew I wanted to do business with Progressive. Later, I realized it was Tim Sanders one of the owners and he assured me my car would be taken care of...I went for my rental car on Monday only to find out Progressive was taking care of the rental expense 100%...I then went over to the dealership and met with Tom Schmidt and later with Tim Sanders together. From the moment I met with Tom, he listened and better yet heard me and reacted immediately to my concerns and then went and spoke to the Service Manager John Karides for a accurate diagnosis with clarity. It turns out it was a component that was needed in the transmission. Now we know what the problem is but the cars warranty had recently expired but only has the 36000+ miles on it, so now there was another concern...again by Tom Schmidt I was told not to worry and he personally reached out to Chrysler and because of the low mileage they had taken care of the costs for the repairs and my part was to pay a minimal deductible. To my relief what I stressed over Tom,Tim and John communicated with me continuously and totally took care of my Chrysler 200 and guaranteed 100% satisfaction. This service department has been good in the past but they took the service for me to a different level. It was OUTSTANDING and as Tom Schmidt would say "It was a Super Fantastic Experience!!" When I stop loving my car, this will be THE PLACE TO GO... Thanks to all involved but especially, Tom Schmidt, Tim Sanders and John Karides. You all ARE the BEST!!! Thomas W. I have been thinking about buying a 300 for a couple of years. I have stopped in and visited Brian on numerous occasions. He has never been pushy, not ever. He is a genuinely nice guy, warm with good heart. They do a really good job in pricing. I have never bought a car without negotiating a price, no need to at Progressive. My 300 was the lowest price within 500 miles. John the finance guy treated me well and sold me a warranty for bargain. I am in the warranty business, I know a bargain. I have been using thier service department for many years and have always been extremely happy. These are the reasons I will never buy another car from anyone buy Brian Glasper, Tim Sanders and the team at Progressive. More

Excellent Experience I was looking to buy a used vehicle with 4WD to get back and fourth to work, ended up buying a 2012 Jeep Patriot. We didn't notice it on the test driv I was looking to buy a used vehicle with 4WD to get back and fourth to work, ended up buying a 2012 Jeep Patriot. We didn't notice it on the test drive but after buying the vehicle and driving it home we noticed the transmission was jerking and after reading many reviews found out this type of vehicle tends to have many transmission issues. We took it back to the dealership the next day and talked to the manager about returning it. They allowed us to return it with no hassles and further helped us to find a different vehicle. Ended up buying a new 2016 jeep renegade, should have just went with a new vehicle from the start! They were very helpful in helping us pick out one with the main features I wanted and helped to keep my payments the same as they were for the patriot I was originally going to buy. Very satisfied with the salesmen and managers. One complaint is that I felt as if we were a little cheated on the trade in value of my car. More

oIIIIIIo LOVE MY JEEP I finally had my dream JEEP from Progressive, only problem....everytime I rollled up to a stop it squealed like crazy. Every time I hit the breaks it I finally had my dream JEEP from Progressive, only problem....everytime I rollled up to a stop it squealed like crazy. Every time I hit the breaks it squeaked. How could this perfect Vehicle make such a noise? Took it in for service feeling frustrated i'd be told these brakes are supposed to do that or your a woman and don't understand because i've been treated like this before by OTHER places. BUT to my surprise Tim Sanders along with Mike Corbin not only listened but understood me and corrected the problem. I love my JEEP and will now only trust Progressive to care for it. They went above and beyond to make me happy!!!! They took me to work and picked me back up, and washed my pride and joy. You have got to check this place out. From start to finish I do not have a negative thing to say. I've never seen a better run dealership! You have got to check them out! More
