Not so good buying experience. Sales manager made me feel bad for requesting somebody that speaks Spanish. Although sales manager did work with me, during the negotiation process, Sales manager made me feel bad for requesting somebody that speaks Spanish. Although sales manager did work with me, during the negotiation process, it was carried in a hostile, rude manner. Tim and Alejandro were very transparent and Authentic. Also when entering the finance office, high pressure sales tactics make the customer feel uncomfortable. More
