5 stars for my experience with Tim Sechrest in the Sales Dept. We were in contact for about a week on a vehicle I inquired about, he was great to work with. When it came to the finance/business area… 4 s Dept. We were in contact for about a week on a vehicle I inquired about, he was great to work with. When it came to the finance/business area… 4 stars. I was frustrated to learn they do not accept electronic fund transfer and my bank was not open so I could not provide them with drafting instructions as the dealership preferred. FYI if you plan to pay through your bank! (I recognize I should’ve checked this before coming from out of town, but in 2024 was surprised.) I ended up having to finance through the dealer’s lender at a rate slightly higher than my bank pre-approved me for. I’ve had my previous vehicle serviced here for years and believe this to be the best Acura dealership in Dallas. I would buy again here and will continue to have service done here. More

I bought a Pre-Owned 2022 Acura MDX at Goodson Acura and it was by far the best experience I’ve had at dealership! I have visited 4 dealerships prior to this and this is by far the best one! Tim, the salesm it was by far the best experience I’ve had at dealership! I have visited 4 dealerships prior to this and this is by far the best one! Tim, the salesman was very patient, respectful of my decision to use my own lander. Ceazer, the finance guy was polite and respectful of my decisions when I said no to extra coverages for my car.
