I had an IM chat with Tim Sheehan from their website prior to our onsite visit and his professional demeanor was one of the main reasons I decided to visit the dealership. All of the employees were welcoming without making my husband and me feel pressured. The car I was interested in was up front and ready for me to test drive upon our arrival and Tim Sheehan was able to satisfactorily answer all my questions. I would characterize Tim as trustworthy, professional, and a person of integrity. It wasn't long before we made a deal on a CX-9 that I really feel good about. The Finance Director, Brent Fried, is absolutely one of the best in the business. Between my husband and I, this is our 10th car purchase and was by far our best buying experience. When I went to take delivery of my brand new and imposing Mazda CX-5, I was extremely pleased to meet him and other staff members: Sales Manager Kyle N, and Finance Assistant Colleen C. The procedure at the dealership went swiftly from beginning to end, well worth driving 50 miles from my place to North Penn Mazda. All expectations exceeded!
