He was knowledgeable and incredibly patient with us. Unlike other dealerships, he respected our personal space and didn't try to force us on a deal. We can't rave about our experience enough and will DEFINITELY be back! More

New car bought This was my second purchase with North Penn. I was making inquiries with other dealership closer to my home but was pleasantly surprised to learn that This was my second purchase with North Penn. He was very accommodating and worked with me! Then I was also pleasantly surprised to see that Colleen was still there on the finance side, she was incredible to work with the first time also!! I was in and out with my new car within 2 hours!!!!! More

great dealership Actually this is the third Mazda we have purchased. The first one we bought was a used Mazda for our granddaughter when she got her drivers license. Actually this is the third Mazda we have purchased. The first one we bought was a used Mazda for our granddaughter when she got her drivers license. Then the second one was a new CX5 when she graduated from college. Unfortunately that car got totaled a few years later in a accident that was not their fault.. We went back to Mazda because she wanted an exact car that was totaled. They didn't have one on the lot but in a matter of a few days they were able to replace her original one. When we were with her looking for the replacement they had a new Mazda CX5 on the floor that I loved. So I waited until now but I came back for my white CX5. Everyone was wonderful to deal with and it was a very enjoyable experience. Would definitely return if I wanted another Mazda. More
