Tim gave me the Kelly Blue Book value for my car and and showed me the total cost, which was right where I wanted to be. I was sure that I was going to buy the car, but I wanted an extra day before I did it. There was absolutely no hard sell from Tim or Peter and they did not try to give me any story about why I had to buy it right away. I came back the next day and bought the car. Because I was paying cash and needed to transfer some money, I expected to have to wait a couple of days to get the car, but I drove it home and brought the money two days later. I can think of nothing negative about anything that transpired. Tim and Peter were great, as was the gentleman in finance, whose name does not appear below. An easy 5 stars! More

Calm, generous with his time, and I trusted him to assist me in making the right decision. In fact, I thought I wanted something specific and then ended up with his recommendation. There was no pressure, no hidden fees, and they beat my credit union rate for finance. Travis in finance, Mark in management - I echo the same sentiments. I have purchased vehicles from Ford, Chevrolet, Dodge/Jeep, and used car lots. I have also recently made a purchase from a Cadillac dealership. I can say dealing with a luxury type of dealership such as Cadillac and now CBB -- There is a true difference in the way I was handled/treated as a customer.
