Each member seem to be genuinely concerned that we were being taken care of and offering us a cold bottle of water even if we were working with another sales person. Even the receptionist was willing to have a conversation with my wife about whatever, they seem to enjoy what they were talking about, and offering us a peppermint when we entered the dealership.
