I have purchased vehicles from Ford, Chevrolet, Dodge/Jeep, and used car lots. I have also recently made a purchase from a Cadillac dealership. I can say dealing with a luxury type of dealership such as Cadillac and now CBB -- There is a true difference in the way I was handled/treated as a customer. I was treated with respect to my time and who I was as a person. I was not treated as a mass # with minimal personalization. I have spent numerous hours in dealerships before on closing a deal. With the purchase of my vehicle, from decision until driving off took less than 2-hours.
