Speaking of trade-in, Peter Williams came through with an unexpected offer for our Explorer which I planned to sell myself. He made my wife very happy who hates the whole buying/selling process. Terrific, easy buying experience - incredible selection of pristine vehicles - no haggle pricing - no surprises either, except good ones. I have bought and sold a lot of cars in my 65 years, only one other experience compares which was buying our Porsche at the Porsche dealer in Milwaukee. Did I mention I also fell in love with their Porsche selection, I will be back one day for the next one! More

We walked in knowing which model we were looking for and what we wanted. Tim was amazing during the whole process, not once did he try to sway us into another model or type of vehicle. He wanted to be sure we were getting what we were looking for and had no interest in selling us something that we did not want. He spent 1 1/2 hours with us in finding the right vehicle and made great points during the process. Great down to earth salesman and would purchase from him again in a instant. This is also the first time that I have been to a dealer where finance made one offer, we did not like it and they came back with exactly what our counteroffer was. Great service and I highly recommend this dealership. More
