Tim knows his stuff and was determined that I knew everything required to be an informed buyer. I tend to be a bit detailed in my approach and he took the necessary time to answer every question or concern that I raised. When I picked up my BMW, Tim surprised me again with a final "gift" from CBB that was extra icing on the cake. I also wish to complement the Finance team (Jamie, Paul and Travis) for the professional way they handled that end of the transaction. A final thanks to Peter Williams, Sales Manager. Great experience with salesman Tim Smith. Tim was easy to work with and I knew what I wanted so things took very little time. He was well informed on the model I chose providing lots of tips a Tim was easy to work with and I knew what I wanted so things took very little time. He was well informed on the model I chose providing lots of tips and helpful info. I recommend working with Tim. One idea to help the consumer...have a 2nd key made for all vehicles. This is the 2nd car purchased from these guys and the 2nd time I had to purchase a key and have it programmed on my time and dime. Add the price of 2nd to the cost of the car....after all who doesn’t want a spare key. Despite paying cash....it took 45 minutes to get to sit with Finance only to spend just 15 minutes with him on a weekday afternoon. That was a little irritating.
