He was well informed on the model I chose providing lots of tips and helpful info. I recommend working with Tim. One idea to help the consumer...have a 2nd key made for all vehicles. This is the 2nd car purchased from these guys and the 2nd time I had to purchase a key and have it programmed on my time and dime. Add the price of 2nd to the cost of the car....after all who doesn’t want a spare key. Despite paying cash....it took 45 minutes to get to sit with Finance only to spend just 15 minutes with him on a weekday afternoon. That was a little irritating. Though my first purchase went more smoothly with Finance. I got in right away. Overall a good experience with these guys. I recommend them. Dan B Goodyear AZ More

Tim was very thorough in his work. He did not rush while showing us different models of the cars. The test drive was a breeze too. He explained every feature of the car. We went to buy a BMW 3 series and got back with a 5 series! We would definitely recommend Tim and this dealership to our family and friends. We love our Beemer. More
