Mr. Steen was very friendly and accommodating--no high pressure or fast talking. After driving the automobile, we were pleasantly surprised that Toyota had dramatically improved the suspension and ride of the '16 Avalon. We are pretty informed buyers (already knew the invoice cost to the dealer), but were shocked when we were given a below-invoice price up front without any negotiation or hassle. More

Derek Kemmerlin helped me with the finance side. He was very professional and polite. He listened to what I could afford and took his time explaining the purchase agreement and additional purchase add-on's to me. Derek made me feel comfortable with the decisions I had made. Never once did I feel pressured. Overall, this is the best experience I've ever had with a dealership and purchasing a new car. More
