I am preparing to retire and was really hoping to get a full sized SUV for family trips and pulling my boat. I had priced out the options I wanted and was beginning to think that there wasn't going to be full sized SUV for family trips and pulling my boat. I had priced out the options I wanted and was beginning to think that there wasn't going to be a way to get what I wanted in a new car. After going to a few dealerships where they advertised really low prices only to find out it was all gimmicks I called sunset to see what they had available. I spoke to Tim who told me about a 2013 model expedition that they had deeply discounted because it had been driven as a demo. After looking this model over I decided to give myself a week to see if I could get a similar deal elsewhere because I was weary of the fact it had been driven for a while already. After doing some due diligence I decided that the truck was exact what I had in mind and I could survive with the miles. Tim spent almost an entire Saturday getting my wife and I acclimated to the truck and making sure I was comfortable with all the technology in it. Even followed up with me and reset my phone after I accidentally deleted it. I highly recommend Tim for his laid back approach and no pressure tactics. More

I was very pleased with my salesperson and my overall experience with sunset ford. Tim took the time to explain the different features between the models, I told him that I just had to have the car in s experience with sunset ford. Tim took the time to explain the different features between the models, I told him that I just had to have the car in silver and that same night he called back saying he located one and that it would be there Saturday morning for me. He even followed me home to bring the car to me since I am a widower. He breaks the stereotype of the pushy car sales person that is only there to line theirs and the dealers pockets, he made this grandma feel very comfortable in the purchase process and even worked with the finance office to save me a trip to my bank for the loan. I've told numerous friends and my family that if they buy a ford to see the most respectful and patient salesman I've ever dealt with. Thanks again. More

I worked with Tim Stewart on getting a new F150 lariat. He explained the differences between the trim levels I was considering and took the time to get the exact truck I wanted. Even went to their other store to get a 2013 to add some additional savings in. He wasn't high pressure and let me take my time, even offered to drop the truck off to me when it got to their store. I likely could have gotten a better price had I shopped around but I was pleased with the way I was treated, so sometimes you get what you pay for. Will be recommending Tim and Sunset to all my friends and relatives. More

Tim Stewart is AWESOME! We truly appreciated his level customer service and great personality especially after leaving one of Sunset's competitors. The sales manager at the "other" dealership was pushy, d customer service and great personality especially after leaving one of Sunset's competitors. The sales manager at the "other" dealership was pushy, demanding, and, at the end, down right mean and rude. I literally felt like I was being held hostage to "buy now or else" at this "other" dealership. Tim and Donnie were completely the opposite. They never made us feel pressured because they are obviously very confident in their company and price. It made it very easy to do business with them. Next time I won't waste my time to "shop" anywhere else; I will buy from Tim immediately. By the way....Tim and Donnie did beat their competitors price which I greatly appreciated, but honestly they didn't even have to. I would have bought from them either way based on the level of customer service we received from them. So, I got the vehicle I wanted, got the price that I wanted, and walked out of Sunset Ford a very happy new car owner! Great job Tim Stewart, Donnie Sommers and Sunset Ford! I will recommend you guys to everyone! More
