I put money down to buy a new 2021 Ridgeline on 2/26/2021. I had been dealing with the salesman Tom, who was great but when I stopped into the dealership I worked directly with Tim the sale manager 2/26/2021. I had been dealing with the salesman Tom, who was great but when I stopped into the dealership I worked directly with Tim the sale manager. He told me that they should have the truck in a week but that it could take as long as the end of March. I asked what would happen if the finance deals changed at the end of the month and they told me not to worry, that they would make sure I got the best deal. (manager claims he never said this) Over two months later (5/8/2021) the truck finally came in but when I am picking it up and doing the paperwork they tell me that I can no longer get the 0% financing and that it was Honda’s fault for taking so long to get them the truck. They basically said that I should be happy that I got such a good deal and they would refund my money if I wanted to back out of the deal because they could sell the truck to someone else for a higher price. I held up my end of the deal, I didn’t try to buy the truck at another dealership when Rock County couldn’t get my truck in a timely manner. At one point when I had been waiting for over a month, the manager said I would be “rewarded for my patience”. My reward was going from 0% financing to 1.9%, thanks! This is the first time I have allowed myself to “splurge” on a new car. I finally get the exact vehicle I wanted, but for now, every time I look at it, it just irritates me. . More

Me and my wife stopped by to look at a Honda ridgeline and we were met by the sales person named Tom who was very polite and knowledgeable and accommodating to both of us.
