Jim "Ike" Isaacson is a great guy who makes sure that he gives you accurate information, he's honest and does not give you the run around like many other salesman I've dealt with over the years. Dahl's practice of giving you 120% of Kelley Blue Book is a great idea, I knew what my truck was worth before I entered the store and their figures were an exact match. Our negotiating a final out the door price was very relaxed and comfortable and I did not feel that I was being squeezed for every last penney. I believe that I got a good deal and an excellent vehicle. My past experience with the Service Department has been outstanding, great people and good service. They have been a family dealership for over fifty years and they seem to maintain a different attitude than I've experienced at other dealerships. Maybe that is why so many of their people have worked there for twenty years and longer and still have good things to say about their supervisors and the Dahl family. More

Brenda was GREAT! We came in to browse, just to get started looking at options to trade in two vehicles and get another SUV. She was patient, sensible and helpful throughout 3 days and several hours of considerations. When I finally selected a 2010 Expedition that hadn't been at Dahl long enough to have been detailed yet, she ensured that it was at the front of the line for detailing. Brenda brought me to meet management on my way out and they generously offered to touch-up a scratch on the fender that had concerned me! What a great outfit - I'm so glad I stayed here in my hometown to make this deal. Awesome sales consultant, and excellent dealership! More

I was kind of a floater among a lot of you (my original sales person was on leave) and you all treated my husband and me like we were your one and only client. I have been to other dealerships and I always felt pressured, felt like the salesmen were too pushy or could care if they got a sale. I was 95% sure I was getting a Pilot this time and when I went to a Honda dealer in the area (a week before meeting Lisa) and I was so disgusted by the salesman that I wouldn't have bought a Pilot from him if he had given me the best deal ever! He keeps sending me fliers and mailers (too late buddy!)!!!! Anyway - you were all wonderful and the finance guy (was it Terry?) was a hoot! What a funny guy to deal money with! Thanks again - you made the purchase so easy from order to delivery! Car dealerships and the entire process make me nervous and EVERY time I walked in I felt so comfortable! Will recommend you to others! And I love my new vehicle! More
