Great experience buying a new car. After researching Kia's lineup and visiting a few dealerships, I happened into Lou Sobh Kia t hopefully see some different colors and maybe do a test After researching Kia's lineup and visiting a few dealerships, I happened into Lou Sobh Kia t hopefully see some different colors and maybe do a test drive. Tim Tyler greeted me at the door and proceeded to show me around the lot and answer all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable about the various trim levels and all of the features of each vehicle we looked at. His demeanor was relaxed and supportive, never high pressure. We went for a test drive and sat down to talk about some pricing. He was accommodating and respectful of my time. He happily agreed to email some info and wait until I spoke with my wife and could take time to think everything over. Honestly, his lack of pressure at this point made all the difference; that and the good deal that I feel they were able to put together. I called Tim back the next morning and after a short visit drove away in my new KIA! Thanks Tim for an easy car buying experience. More

Best experience I ever had. I visited countless dealerships in past few months in search of a 3row SUV. Only Lousobh Kia offered the perfect experience. Tim Tyler went beyond all the expectations from the first instance I stepped into the dealership and till I made my purchase. The car was in excellent condition, pulled upfront by the time I arrived and every detail was thoroughly explained. There was absolutely no pressure at any point. The time it took to make the purchase was also very short. All my previous purchases took several hours and I had to take a day off in one instance. I never felt pushed or rushed into buying like I have in the past at other dealerships. I really can’t recommend him enough. Everything was so easy and he really worked with us to get us the deal we were looking for and one we could afford. Other salesmen really need to take a page out of his book. Apollo did our financing and he was great as well. Once again, we never felt pressured which is very important to us. He answered all of our questions and helped us decide on the coverage that was right for us. Overall we had a great experience and are incredibly happy with our new car! I'm a different type of customer, in that I grew up in the car business and sold cars for several years before starting a family, so I'm always looking for the most straight-forward, no hassle, bottom line deal that I can find. I contacted Tim seeking a specific vehicle at a specific price--one I couldn't be flexible with. From his excellent (and not at all inundating) communication to the warm reception at the dealership to the ease of transaction in the finance office to the stellar delivery of my new, pristine vehicle, I wouldn't change one component to the process we followed. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, quite frankly, you can't beat a KIA for their exceptional comparable value for your dollar. I never thought I'd be a minivan mom, but when you consider the fact that an SUV with all the bells and whistles I got on my Sedona will cost you upwards of $15k more, it was really a no-brainer, and this one opens the doors for me. :) Tim and the entire team were FUN! We really enjoyed our experience together and I'm hopeful that everyone who reads this review will give these guys a fair shot at helping you find the right vehicle for your lifestyle and budget. As I previously had a 2015 Sorento, I've been coming to Lou Sobh for service for three years. These guys make you feel like family There were a few hiccups in ordering my 2018 Kia stinger. The color options the sales team thought to be a possibility were no longer available. I wai There were a few hiccups in ordering my 2018 Kia stinger. The color options the sales team thought to be a possibility were no longer available. I waited 2 months for my ordered car just to find out the stinger wouldn't have those options after all. Nothing of the dealerships fault, as they only knew what the stinger reps at Kia was telling them. I was given first notice and updates on all the Kia stingers as they hit the lot, and was taken care of very well and not rushed upon debating between 2 color choices. It was my first new car and the guys were great. Never pressured. These guys make sure you leave completely in love with your car, and knowledgeable on it before taking it off the lot. Great quality cars and even better people. More
