Low-pressure guy who knows his stuff Tim was excellent to work with from beginning to end. We had a great conversation and he took great care of us through financing too! She was very prompt and knowledgeable in her response and scheduled my in-store appointment the same day. I met with Tim who created a very friendly and welcoming environment. I did not purchase a car that day, however Tim kept in constant contact with me helping me find cars suitable for my needs within my price range and yesterday we sealed the deal. Awesome customer service First of all, Tim Tyler really knows his cars. Secondly, he took the time to show me what every single button did on the instrument panel, steering wh First of all, Tim Tyler really knows his cars. Secondly, he took the time to show me what every single button did on the instrument panel, steering wheel, ac controls, digital display controls, Etc. He even showed me how to set up my Android Auto. He really went above and beyond to make sure I knew everything about my car. Thirdly, Tim didn't rush my buying experience. I was flying solo, with a husband in Virginia texting me back while he was at work, so I was grateful Tim gave me the time to communicate with my husband. Awesome guy, super nice, please work with Tim for you next car experience! Meanwhile, Chad Calhoun treated the whole experience professionally and rationally. He knows his job inside and out, and was swamped with other sales going on at the same time. Regardless, I got quick answers, a price and interest rate I was extremely happy with.
