I love my KIA and Tim Whitener is terrific!!!!!!! I had a great experience at Paramount KIA! Tim Whitener went out of his way to help us in any and every way he could but he was not pushy like most de I had a great experience at Paramount KIA! Tim Whitener went out of his way to help us in any and every way he could but he was not pushy like most dealers. My husband and I both recommend him to our friends and family and also KIA. I absolutely love my Sorrento! I couldn't be more happier and I am glad my husband recommended test driving one. I can't wait to drive it every day, it is like a dream! Thank you so much for a great experience and if I should need to get another car for some reason one day, I will definitely be coming back to you, Tim and Paramount KIA!!! Thanks again! More

Easy decision After explaining to the sales rep exactly what we wanted and needed, he was able to give us three options which were all perfect. The deciding factors After explaining to the sales rep exactly what we wanted and needed, he was able to give us three options which were all perfect. The deciding factors were balancing the lowest price with good features. When getting the financial side done the payment was not what we were looking for, so the finance rep went back and showed us how removing the extended warranty brought the price down to where we wanted it to be... We were well taken care of from start to the end of our 6 hour stay at the dealership. More

great car buying experience We came in to get our Kia van repaired...customer service has always been great in the past. And again it was fantastic. But after looking around...w We came in to get our Kia van repaired...customer service has always been great in the past. And again it was fantastic. But after looking around...we decided to trade in our 10 year old van...and upgrade to a new Forte. Tim in the sales department was very patcient with us and helped us choose on the perfect car for my retired mother! Financing was able to get her payments where she needed them to be because she is in a fixed income. My mom left driving a new Kia Forte with a huge smile on her face! It is the first car she has actually picked out and bought all by herself...at 81 years old! The staff at Paramount Kia in Hickory is warm and helpful and professional! It is the second Kia we have bought from them..and we would highly recommend them for anyone shopping for a car. More
