My experience at Paramount Kia was excellent. All the employees that I encountered were very friendly and professional. Melissa, the sales lady that sold the car to me, went above and beyond. She has called me several times since to see how I liked my car and to remind me about the oil change. Tim, the gentleman that worked on getting the car financed, was excellent and actually obtained an APR percentage rate better than I expected. Recently traded in my 2011 Kia Soul+ for a new 2013 at Paramount Kia of Hickory, NC...have been a big fan of the Kia Souls since I first purchased mine two years ago...but I am even a bigger fan now...my Paramount Kia of Hickory, NC...have been a big fan of the Kia Souls since I first purchased mine two years ago...but I am even a bigger fan now...my new Kia Soul+ has so many more “bells and whistles” than my older one did and I am really enjoying the upgrades...my TWO salesmen...Tim Whitner and Patrick Butler could not have been any kinder or more helpful...highly recommend this dealership and Tim or Patrick should you be in the market for a Kia More

We have bought 6 KIA vehicles, 5 of which come from Hickory. We trust Tim W. and I believe the other guy we deal with signing the paper work is Nick. All i can say is Tim totally blew the typical salesman stereotype out the window. He was like more of a informed and concerned friend. If we had a question and he didn't know the answer, he didn't fake it stereotype out the window. He was like more of a informed and concerned friend. After we test drove our car I opted to go home and think about it, and his response was no problem. He just wanted us to be happy. We did however go back and look him up, and I cannot say enough as to how hard he worked to help us out. Always friendly, never passing us off to someone else. Stayed with us the entire time. Even called a few days later to see if we needed anything. And all we told him when we went back was where our payments needed to be and what we had for down payment. Didnt even haggle price and wow were we suprised as to the deal he worked out for us. All I can say in closing is I was so impressed with Tim I would take my mother to him if she needed a car since I know how kind and respectfull he is. Thank you Tim and everyone at Paramount Kia for such a wonderfull experence. More

I went to Paramount Kia thinking I was wasting my time because there was no way I was going to be able to afford this vehicle. I was wrong.
