When i found myself in need of a new car, I asked my service adviser for a recommendation. He suggested I work with Tim and i was not disappointed at all. Tim took the time to understand what i was looking for and never pressured me into getting anything i did not want/need. I felt he was very honest in his recommendations in terms of features, etc. and didn't put any pressure on me to "hurry up and make a decision". I purchased my car a month ago and Tim continues to check in with me to answer any questions about the car. I got what i felt was a very fair price and there was not the usual "shenanigans" with coming to a price. All in all a very positive experience and i would absolutely refer Tim to anyone who is looking for a new Toyota. On the business side, i was also very happy to work with Rashanda McCants. The money part of the transaction is always uncomfortable and her easy-going style and personality made it very comfortable and dare i say, pleasant!! More
