I had bought my wife a car from here several years back and had a generally good experience, so when I needed a new car, I came to Fred Anderson. With the pandemic and supply chain issues, I expected some hassle, but nothing like this. Took 2 months for my car to come in, which I kind of expected, but the real nightmare began once it arrived. I wanted to transfer the tags/registration from my old car. First they lost the old tags, so I couldn't drive my new car without tags. I had to get a ride multiple times to go back in and re-sign paperwork because they kept printing the wrong dates. Finally found the tags, but they screwed up the registration and it was rejected by DMV. So now I've had a new car for almost a month that I cannot legally drive and have to keep hidden in the garage. I guess I'll be walking to the DMV to register my car. The salesperson, Tim Williams was rude and completely unhelpful, even going as far as blaming me for losing the tags when all I did was follow his instructions. He dropped the ball and never contacted me, but wants to pass the blame. Even went as far as harassing me via personal email to remove this review. Thanks Fred Anderson.
