This is the third bad experience with this service department. I had called and scheduled a service appointment for my diesel truck. I was there at the appointment time. Told it would take 1 hour 10 m department. I had called and scheduled a service appointment for my diesel truck. I was there at the appointment time. Told it would take 1 hour 10 min. I had purposely scheduled this appointment in between two other appointments. When I checked in on the progress, my truck had not even been taken in for service. They were unable to offer a loaner so I could get to my appointment while my truck was serviced. I left without getting my truck serviced. More

The very moment I made contact over the phone I was treated more like family than a customer. When I arrived five days later, we again were greeted and welcomed. This is the first time ever that a sal treated more like family than a customer. When I arrived five days later, we again were greeted and welcomed.
