We had leased several cars from Hassett over the last decade, 2 ford and a Subaru. Most recently, we got a better deal on a 3 row (weve since had a third baby) from another dealer/manufacturer, so we did decade, 2 ford and a Subaru. Most recently, we got a better deal on a 3 row (weve since had a third baby) from another dealer/manufacturer, so we did what was best for us. Tim Coppola, who we’ve never dealt with, clearly didn’t like that when we told him. First he told my husband the lease wasn’t paid off, when a third party had bought it out over a month prior. Then when we double checked and called back to let him know, he was extremely rude and nasty and hung up the phone on me. Going forward I won’t be recommending them to anyone; Jordan who used to work there was lovely but he’s no longer with them. More
