We showed up the very next day, and he had already gone to another dealer to pick up exactly what we wanted! So impressed and happy. I love my new Prius. Then, I forgot to bring my registration and title (duh!) and for a moment thought the sale couldn't go through. John, the manager knew just who to call and got what we needed, so happy ending!! More
