Everyone at Sloane Honda has been amazing during this process. Larry Walsh in particular really took the time to show me everything in my car so I was not confused (as I usually am whenever it comes to c process. I didn't feel pressured, I felt informed on the entire process. He told me everything I needed to know to make a decision even walked me back outside in the cold fo let me make one last decision in car color ( which meant a lot to me personally). They were prepared for our unpreparedness ! We were planning on buying a new or certified preowned Odyssey this summer and were just looking around Sloan Honda’s lot right after President s day We were planning on buying a new or certified preowned Odyssey this summer and were just looking around Sloan Honda’s lot right after President s day weekend. My wife and I were talking about maybe using our tax refund money to use as a possible down payment, but didn’t think that we were ready because my credit wasn’t where I wanted it to be yet. After talking to salesman Tim Graham about it, He replied “ we can take a look to see if you don’t even need to use you refund money.” We were amazed that they could work with us , give us a great offer on our 2009 Odyssey that had 111K miles and even more wear and tear, and also pay off a personal loan that we had. All together we had a great experience and excellent service, and drove home in a Certified preowned 2016 Odyssey, and a new Dealership Family. More
