We like the Kia we leased very much but will not be using this dealer again. We leased our vehicle from the Fucillo Kia dealership and they were great. They included a coupon that gave us $500 off our next v this dealer again. We leased our vehicle from the Fucillo Kia dealership and they were great. They included a coupon that gave us $500 off our next vehicle purchase. As we all know Billy Fucillo passed away and this new company bought the dealership. We understand that the pandemic created problems in the supply chain and supplies are limited but when our lease was ending and it was time to get a new vehicle they had hardly any vehicles to choose from. We looked at options and decided to extend our lease 6 months hoping they would get some new inventory in. When the lease was ending we went down and they had almost no new vehicles. It looked like a used car dealership. Our only choice was to buy our own vehicle and wait to get a new one when supplies become available again. We made an appointment to purchase the vehicle and it was right out of the old "Used car salesman" playbook. Our salesman couldn't or wouldn't answer our questions. Added $3000 additional fees ( Some are legitimate some questionable) and then refused to accept the coupon we had saying they would only honor it if we were purchasing a new vehicle even though they had none to sell. We had to pay them full motor vehicle registration fees even though the car was already registered and tagged and only the title was being replaced to remove the Lien. All in all they squeezed every cent they could from us and it is what it is. But I know the supply chain will improve. Things will get better and we will buy another Kia but will go to any other dealership to get it from them this place. More

Tim Lawhorn, our sales rep, was upfront and honest, a rare find. We found the SUV we wanted, and bought it at the advertised price, which was well below the average sales price for the car.
