Stellar service from the moment I went on the online chat. They booked an appointment for the next day with Todd the salesman. We went in and they greeted us immediately. Tim was the sales associate who chat. They booked an appointment for the next day with Todd the salesman. We went in and they greeted us immediately. Tim was the sales associate who walked us throught he whole process. Took us for a test drive, explained all the features on the car and was the most kind an patient person. The whole process took us about 4 1/2 hours and I have to say from sales to financing, to trade in, to delivery of the new car was a seemless and pleasant time. If you are looking for a Kia or a new car I would absolutely reccomend Kia of Port Charlotte. As the slogan says " Where relationships matter" Thank You Todd, Tim, Mr, Barnette and the delivery department. I love My new Kia and happy to be part of the Kia Family!! More

Very friendly and attentive staff! Tim, Jordan, and Brent all went above and beyond to make buying my first new car a great experience.
