Tim was the most genuinely friendly, and professional (you can be both if your try!!)sales person I have ever dealt with! And all of the people I came into contact with at Ciocca were awesome! The servi (you can be both if your try!!)sales person I have ever dealt with! And all of the people I came into contact with at Ciocca were awesome! The service department were true to their promises down to the minute when I brought the car back for a trailer hitch, and Nate is an amazing grill cook!! (They shared lunch with me while I waited for my car on Labor Day!) I am so happy that I chose to drive an hour to buy from Ciocca rather than settling for the dealerships in my area!! More

Dissatisfied. Was told a vehicle was available and on lot, but upon arrival an employee had drove it home with interest in buying. Later was told it sold.
